TRAINING PROGRAM PRESENTATION

Goals

During the course, trainees will learn how to

  • Understand E-powertrain dynamic behavior
  • Identify the NVH specificites of Epowertrain integration
  • Build, interpret and analyze NVH specifications
  • Lead an E-powertrain integration project

Prerequisites

  • Basic understanding of structural acoustic radiation
  • Basic knowledge of structural dynamics
  • Basic knowledge of automotive design

TRAINING PROGRAM CONTENTS

  • E-powertrain NVH behavior
  • Experimental methods to quantify Epowertrain NVH indicators
  • Numeric methods to quantify Epowertrain NVH indicators
  • E-powertrain contribution to global vehicle NVH
  • E-powertrain structure-borne and airborne noise contributions
  • Vibration isolation design: principle, geometry & elastomeric mount dynamic stiffness
  • Various integration designs

The training session is based on case studies. A training certificate is provided.
