Anti corruption policy

Ensure safe working conditions for all Respecting legislation and Good Practice is of utmost importance to the VibraTec Group in the industries and countries in which its personnel works.  VibraTec Group employees respect all security and operating procedures to the letter, at VibraTec and on-site with our clients. They follow specific training programs to be able to work safely and efficiently in high-security environments (offshore platforms, petro-chemical installations, clean rooms, electric apparatus etc.).  The VibraTec Group defines specific improvement programs each year with personnel representatives (CSS – Health, Safety and Work Conditions Committee). The efficiency of the committee’s actions is verified on a regular basis. A large part of the program is dedicated to preventive and remedial actions based on past experiences / incidents.

Working conditions

Guarantee the quality of the products and services we deliver The VibraTec Group is a reference in the field of vibro-acoustics. VibraTec’s reputation is built on its capacity to integrate specific industrial constraints from the beginning of each project. It knows the importance of giving advice that clients can use directly.  VibraTec is ISO 9001 certified and complies with EN 9100 and ISO 45001 certification, as well as the certifications needed to work on offshore platforms and perform studies for the French National Security.

Sustainable Development Policy

Recent climate change requires that responsible parties such as the VibraTec Group follow ambitious environmental protection policies.

This commitment concerns all personnel and all activity sectors: most of the time, the services provided to our clients look to lengthen residual life, improve energy efficiency and reduce noise & vibration pollution.

The CEO ensures the implementation of the various aspects of this policy with help from the lab manager in charge of recycling. The Group’s Economic & Social Committee and the Health & Safety Committee actively support company policy and closely follow its implementation.

VibraTec’s projects directed to sustainable solutions

The VibraTec Group tries to guide clients to solutions that are more respectful of environmental protection. In own activities always optimize the most sustainable technical solutions. VibraTec has implemented recycling for its unavoidable waste and seeks energetically optimized forms of business travel compatible with client constraints and schedules.

Reduce the carbon footprint of client interactions and commuting

The VibraTec Group promotes phone or video-conferences, providing equipment that is compatible with client IT requirements.

The VibraTec Group has an aggressive public transportation policy. Cars are reserved for the last km of business travel, even if certain missions require material that imposes travel in vans.

The VibraTec Group encourages personnel to use bicycles and public transport for their commutes. The Group has participated in the Regional “Challenge mobilité” since its creation in 2011.

Recycle everything that local recycling channels and capabilities allow

Over the years, VibraTec has added specific areas to store different materials on-site. The goal is to reduce general trash to the strict minimum.

A quantitative follow-up is not possible due to the fact that most waste is generated by client projects. However, there is a regular qualitative follow-up performed by the various policy pilots on-site.

Reduce energy consumption related to heating & cooling the premises

In agreement with the owners, VibraTec has a low-consumption temperature control system that is managed independently in each office. Vacant offices are kept closed.

Sustainable development

Comply with anticorruption laws The VibraTec Group applies the requirements of the OECD Convention and pays specific attention to this matter.
