Respecting legislation and Good Practice is of utmost importance to the VibraTec Group in the industries and countries in which its personnel works.
VibraTec Group employees respect all security and operating procedures to the letter, at VibraTec and on-site with our clients. They follow specific training programs to be able to work safely and efficiently in high-security environments (nuclear power plants, offshore platforms, petro-chemical installations, clean rooms, electric apparatus…).
The VibraTec Group defines specific improvement programs each year with personnel representatives (CSS – Hygiene, Safety and Work Conditions Commitee). The efficiency of the commitee’s actions is verified on a regular basis. A large part of the program is dedicated to preventive and remedial actions based on past experiences / incidents.

The VibraTec Group is a reference in the fields of Structural dynamics, Vibration and Acoustics. VibraTec’s reputation is built on its capacity to integrate specific industrial constraints from the beginning of each project. It knows the importance of giving advice clients can use directly.
VibraTec is ISO 9001 certified. VibraTec complies with EN 9100 certification and the ISO 45001 (OSHAS 18000) requirements regarding its activity.

The VibraTec Group always guides its clients toward solutions that protect the environment as much as possible. It encourages the use of public transportation, biking and car pooling among its employees and tries to limit energy-intensive travel.

Complying with all applicable laws including the anticorruption requirements of the OECD Convention is of utmost importance to the VibraTec Group. Our employees are committed to civil and corporate behavioral standards.
Gender equality index: 94% for 2020
All companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index every year on March 1st.
The Index, out of 100 points, is calculated from 4 or 5 indicators depending on the size of the company:
- The gender pay gap,
- The gender pay gap for individual raises,
- The distribution gap for promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees),
- The percent of female employees who receive a raise upon return from maternity leave,
- Parity among the 10 highest paid employees.
The obligation concerns companies with at least 50 employees since March 1, 2020.
If the Index is below 75 points, the company must implement corrective measures to reach at least 75 points within 3 years.
For VibraTec Group, the 2020 Index is 94, as detailed below.
