You provide, throughout installation lifetime, from design assistance through commissioning to on-site diagnosis and/or troubleshooting during production:

  • mechanical computations of complex structures,
  • acoustic computations.

You are responsible for carrying out studies in the fields of vibration and acoustics. You mainly model and test complex structures, piping, equipment and components. You are accountable for the overall mechanical engineering design, associated calculations/tests and specifications required for our clients.

Your profile :

You:

  • are educated to Master’s Degree level in Mechanical Engineering,
  • have a minimum of 3 years of experience,
  • have solid skills in structural finite element computation and dynamic computation,
  • have excellent understanding of Vibration analysis, Stress Analysis and its principles,
  • detailed knowledge of fundamental physical theories, mechanical design and general engineering principles,
  • are self-motivated; can work autonomously,
  • have excellent communication skills, have ability to work in an international environment with cross-cultural competence,
  • speak and write Fluent English.

You provide, throughout installation lifetime, from design assistance to on-site diagnosis and/or troubleshooting during production:

  • mechanical computations of complex structures,
  • piping stress analyses.

You are responsible for carrying out studies in the fields of piping stress. You will be trained to handle piping dynamic analyses.

Your profile :

You:

  • Are educated to Master’s Degree level in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the Oil and Gas/ Petrochemicals Industry with Engineering or EPCIC background preferred.
  • Have detailed knowledge of fundamental physical theories, mechanical design and general engineering principles.
  • Are self-motivated; can work autonomously.
  • Have basic experience with various calculations and analytics.
  • Have basic experience in engineering practices and relevant deliverables.
  • Have experience in the stress analysis of different piping systems on Process platforms well heads, FPSOs…
  • Are familiar with the use of Ceasar II/PDMS.
  • Have working knowledge in calculations such as for fatigue, trunnion and special supports.
  • Have basic knowledge with International codes and standard i.e., API, ASME, ASTM, ISO.
  • Are familiar with international Oil & Gas company standards, i.e. SHELL DEP, PETRONAS PTS/ UHSE Guidelines, Statoil guidelines, NORSOK.
  • Perform Piping stress analysis.
  • Prepare Stress isometrics, stress reports.
  • Have excellent communication skills, have ability to work in an international environment with cross-cultural competence.
  • Speak and write Fluent English.

You:

  • Conduct routine Vibration Monitoring surveys at clients' premises onshore or offshore.
  • keep track of the facility’s online condition-based monitoring system, and analyze results by extracting data and evaluating with a high degree of accuracy
  • Be responsible for portable and continuous vibration data analysis and recommendations to ensure the reliability of equipment
  • Conduct machinery failure analyses and implement recommendations to improve equipment reliability with other maintenance and operations team members
  • Be proactive in improving reliability of equipment through troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Review maintenance procedures and assist in development of new procedures

Your profile :
  • Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering,
  • Are trained to ISO 18436-2 Vibration Analysis Category 2, or equivalent.
  • Have extensive experience of working in oil and gas or petrochemical industries with experience in rotating equipment maintenance, planning and execution and condition monitoring,
  • Have Minimum 4 years hand on experience in maintenance, condition monitoring, data collection, vibration analysis with the help of portable analyzer as well as online monitoring systems,
  • Are familiar with major rotating equipment including centrifugal compressors, gas turbines and submersible cooling water pumps,
  • Have knowledge of machinery operating data collection, historical trend analysis and vibration analysis,
  • Are familiar with computerized maintenance management system, Windows and MS Office,
  • Have excellent communication skills, have ability to work in an international environment with cross-cultural competence,
  • Speak and write Fluent English,
  • Are self-motivated; can work autonomously.
